I create hand printed fabrics using open screen and Devore techniques.
I have a strong love for colour and the textures and spontaneity that can be created through printing with open screens. Various stencils, mark making tools and resist techniques can be layered up and used in an exciting ways to produce fabrics that will become unique and bespoke. All of my print work comes from hand painted pieces exploring my subject matter. My degree show collection is a series of prints inspired by vast, eroding and rugged coastlines.
