Sophia Curran

 

 

I am an animal and nature enthusiast and I try to portray this through my textiles. I enjoy working with bright and vibrant colours.  Predominantly I am interested in digital printing as this enables me to incorporate my drawing skills into my fabric. I am interested in combining different drawings together to create depth and intensity within a design. I thoroughly enjoy taking my design to fabric, mainly silks as this brings out the design further. During my time at university I have learnt lots of new and exciting skills that will help me progress in the textiles industry.
