I am a weaver who is aware of the environmental issues caused by the textile industry. I use natural and recycled yarns and dye them using natural dyes which are sustainably sourced from the local area. My work is inspired by the flora and fauna that can be found in Norfolk. My latest weaves are inspired by a pet corn snake and it's diamond shaped scales and colours. By using the ikat dyeing process I have created four woven scarves.
